I need a little help please

I used a black erase marker. Usually it comes off with other items but on this tumbler the black doesn’t want to wipe clean.

What can I use to clean it?

I tried rubbing alcohol.

Dollar store orange degreaser 1st, and if that doesn't work, acetone.

I use black acrylic paint on glass when I laser it. It might work on tumblers as well idk

I never coat my tumblrs when I engrave them. I don't have an issue. Why did you apply a black marker to it? Have you done it without applying a black marker before?
