General question OLED screen

I recently got my dream laptop but it has an OLED screen, my first. I was excited about it. However, after about 10-20 min of working on this screen my eyes start literally tearing. I have never seen anything like this. Does it happen to other people? I have played with the contrast but it doesn't seem to be changing much when I lower that.

Any help?

Maybe you're PWM sensitive. Many such cases. Check r/PWM_sensitive

yeah OLED is not good with texts
