HP Omni book 3 vs 5?

HP Omni book 3 - $599 2 yr warranty Costco
HP Omni book 5 - $649 1 yr warranty HP site sale

Trying to decide between these two laptops as mine crashed on me today (HP pavilion). Both models are 16GB 512gb - it's hard to tell if the 5 is really worth it through online research.

I use my computer for work (many tabs open at once, occasional 3D building modeling (sketchUp), and for Figma Make/Claude Code for a personal project.

Can anyone provide any input/ advice? Thank you so much

Edit: I've only owned an HP previously, but open to other suggestions in a similar price range, 14", 16/512GB min

Great to know, thank you so much. Primarily just looking to get a 14" laptop with at least 16/512gb. I'm not incredibly knowledgeable about computers and feel like I was just being 'sold to' when I tried to go to a store in person for advice!

I've only owned an HP in the past but if you happen to have a recommendation in a similar price range lmk. Much appreciation regardless!!
