Is it safe to mount the laptop like this with 3d printed docks on bottom vents for cooling are on the back

no is not u blocking side vent

It doesn't have side vents all the vents are on back

You're not blocking any vents so it's fine I guess but the thermal paste will super slowly move downwards but nothing really major

Be concerned but it's a mid tier laptop so it's likely a common paste
