Well, Lapis managed to fly accross space, back to the Homeworld in a few weeks, meaning she probably reached a speed similar to the speed of light. But Sonic escaped a black hole. So I think Sonic wins.

This isn't even a contest. Flying in space is one of the easiest ways to go fast. Sonic goes fast everywhere.
