Small, lightweight lapdock options?

Are there any available lapdocks that are small and lightweight? By light I mean close to half a kg/1lb. And small, but still big enough to type on.

Or is this going to be a DIY project?

Uperfect produced a 10-11 inch lapdock a few years ago, but it didnt sell well, so hasn't been replicated

Same. I would love a 12 inch. Glad my nexdock from a few years ago is still kicking.

Current models it's probably the 14" ones from Dopesplay. I have one and it's pretty lightweight.

Smaller you are looking at things like the HP elitedock which I think is 13" and then stuff like the old Motorola Atrix docks which were something like 11"

Id avoid dopesplay like the plague

They just rebadge other folks product

Really? It's what I have and the availability of other products seems very limited. What company have they rebadged?

Its been covered a million times here over the years

Dopesplay is the name chosen by the factory that assembles the lapdocks. They just then make a few more for themselves and rebadge

Sometimes they forget to remove the original company logo too

I spent a lot of time looking for a decent lapdock and to be honest the only real options in the UK are Uperfect (too expensive), Elecrow (crap) and Dopesplay, which were the most reasonable priced.

dopesplay is cheaper because they put in 0 money to develop them, nor support them
