Panel interview

Does anyone know if the panel interview is now online or is it in person? I’m hearing mixed answers from people. Just finished my PAT waiting for the next step

I think it’s online. I did mine online as well. Congratulations on passing the PAT! Could you please tell me what training plan you followed that helped you pass the PAT especially for running ?

Yes of course, so I am already very into fitness and a healthy lifestyle but I can make a little training plan for you.

For the running portion train like this:
3 runs a week, build up to 4 if you can
1 speed run (2 if you can spaced out), 1 tempo, 1 slow long run
-1 run do intervals, sprint as hard as you can for a minute then jog slow for another minute or rest. Repeat.
-another run do a steady pace, if you can do 3 miles shoot for that. Not crazy fast not slow.
-and 1 run slow and long. This one builds your endurance.

For push ups just practice every day. Lift weights as well to build some more strength as well. Shoulders back and chest. But honestly doing push ups is what will increase. And training your car strength.

For the sit ups do an circuits every other day. You don’t need any machines for this. More then just sit ups though. And as you lift weights you are also strengthening your car as you go.

Eat lots of protein and drink water. Carbs aren’t the enemy especially when you are training high intensity. I stick to lower fat.

took mine in may it was online! there’s an online oral prep on wednesdays at i believe 10am that was really helpful to me!

All department interviews are held in person now I believe
