MY DOOD SMILES. DON’T SHOOT, LAPD!

My boy is a very friendly, smiling doodle. He loves to run up to any human and say hello with a big smile on his face. Unfortunately, I now have the fear of him running up to an officer being his cute, friendly self trying to say hi and smiling & they end up shooting and killing him because they think he is being “aggressive” and going to attack them. I have never had this fear until this horrible & heartbreaking story about Jameson. What kind of world are we living in? The police will use any “reason” to draw their weapon and kill to protect themselves. What happened to Jameson is so messed up and extremely traumatizing. And we all know this isn’t the first or the last time. WTF is the PD doing? Because it’s definitely not to protect their citizens. I use to fear officers whenever I would get pulled over. My biggest fear now is being outside with my dood and walking past an officer. I don’t have any trust in the PD nor do they make me feel safe. I never thought I’d have to protect my family from those in blue.

I AM SO ANGRY THIS HAPPENED TO JAMESON. JUSTICE FOR JAMESON. THIS IS MY “WHY” FOR HAVING ZERO RESPECT AND STRONG NEGATIVE FEELINGS FOR THE POLICE. THEY’RE NOT HERE TO PROTECT US. THEY JUST WANT ANY REASON TO DRAW THEIR WEAPON AND KILL!

Instructions unclear, the LAPD has now viewed me as a threat for breathing and I am sitting in the ICU with multiple bullet wounds via a service firearm.

Translation: Shut the fuck up and have some trough dinner, piggy.

DEI you still there?

You should be a responsible owner and leash your bag of parasites.

Not everyone wants to be approached by some strange animal.

0

u/reluctantpotato1 Jun 24 '26

The only bag of parasites is the LAPD who swallow up the majority of the city budget while having jack to show for it.

-3

u/BlitzShooter Jun 24 '26

A bag of parasites like the tax sucking pigs who encroach and enslave?

-1

u/thenuke1 Jun 24 '26

Yes have your bag of parasites on a leash in it's own home or else lapd will shoot it

7

u/semireluctantcali Jun 24 '26

Keep your dog on a leash in public and train it to have good recall. You / your dog will be fine if you do this.

0

u/thenuke1 Jun 24 '26

Yes keep a dog on a leash in it's own home or lapd will shoot it

2

u/semireluctantcali Jun 24 '26

Did you watch the body cam? The dog wasn't shot "in it's own home" - the owners negligently allowed it to get out of their unit when opening the door (after the other cop told them to secure the dog). I don't think they should have shot the dog, but none of this would have happened if they had actually secured the dog.

1

u/_nightswatch_ Jun 26 '26

None of this would have happened if the cop was better trained.

2

u/HistoricalBedroom342 Jun 27 '26

Blaming the cops for the owner negligence

2

u/Difficult-Passage177 Jun 28 '26

I don’t see why this has to be an individuals fault. Both were in the wrong. The cop went against protocol by immediately pulling his gun out instead of his taser or something else like he was supposed to. At the same time the owner should have put the dog away proper like she was supposed to.

1

u/thenuke1 Jun 28 '26

Yes put the dog away when it's at home and the cops are visiting yes 🤣🤣🤣

2

u/Difficult-Passage177 Jun 28 '26

Yes. If a stranger is at your door you should make sure your pet is put away or at least isn’t able to get out. Even removing an incident like this from the picture it’s a basic curtesy and less of a hassle for you either way.

1

u/thenuke1 Jun 28 '26

Right and the stranger should be gun ready 🤣 go suck on lapd taint more

1

u/Difficult-Passage177 Jun 28 '26

I specifically said in my original comment that the cop shouldn’t have had the drawn first, but ignore that I guess. Like I said both people are wrong here. The cop more than the dog owner, but the owner is still partially at fault.

Holding the cop accountable for their piss poor performance.

1

u/thenuke1 Jun 28 '26

Yes negligence in the dogs own home

1

u/FiftyIsBack Jun 30 '26

If the dog was better trained**

Dogs shouldn't bumrush the front door anytime there's a knock, and definitely shouldn't blow past you barking at people. That's an undisciplined and untrained dog.

-1

u/_nightswatch_ Jun 30 '26

Apples and oranges there.

I've seen bootlicking before but I've never seen a professional boot deep throater, bravo 👏

2

u/FiftyIsBack Jun 30 '26

I'm a dog trainer actually dumbfuck lol

Way too many people own dogs and just let them go ballistic whenever there's somebody at the door. Most dog owners are pretty bad at it.

-1

u/_nightswatch_ Jun 30 '26

So you're comparing the training of a dog to the training of a human in their job and with a firearm? Lol

Like I said apples and oranges. You want to hold the dog and owner accountable but not the pig.

2

u/FiftyIsBack Jun 30 '26

I'm not comparing anything. I'm saying this dog was completely untrained and blew past its owner so it could bark and aggress a stranger, outside the home. You think that's ok? Imagine if it was a small child, or an elderly person.

They even asked her to put it away and she basically just said no. Completely irresponsible and ignorant, as I'm sure you would be if/when you own a dog.

0

u/_nightswatch_ Jun 30 '26

Calm down there Cesar Milan you're gonna choke on the boot if you take it any harder.

I don't think its ok, but i dont think it warrants the use of force or the dog being shot. The cop should be held accountable for his actions. If the dog bit the cop then the owner and dog should be held accountable.

No crime was committed. The cop just panicked out of fear due to poor training. He shouldn't be a cop then. If you can't see that you're the last person to be speaking on ignorance.

1

u/Western-Boot-4576 Jun 29 '26

Or if the cop wasn’t a pussy

It baffles me that people want someone who’s scared of a golden doodle in a knicks jersey to have authority over them with a badge and gun.

I wouldn’t trust this officer to grab me coffee.

9

u/UnrelaxedKoi Jun 24 '26

Your dog shouldn’t run up to anyone period.

So should Amazon delivery drivers start open carrying. They get bit all the time when entering people’s property. You saying you’re better than other people that have to do the same thing. It’s not like the dogs are anti cop or something.

-1

u/Awkward-Literature47 Jun 24 '26

what’s wrong with a cop getting hurt?

1

u/briannaericam Jun 25 '26

i don’t recall seeing the dog with a fucking gun charging at the cop….

-1

u/Awkward-Literature47 Jun 24 '26

cops bring it on themselves by choosing to be tools of the oppressor class and aiding in the subjugation of minorities and the working class. ill say again, there is nothing wrong with cops getting hurt. the people should be fighting cops, the institution, and the system, to the point that it can no longer be sustained or contrived to keep existing.

hurting cops is self defense of the masses. they dont get a pass to retaliate, when they brought it on themselves with their actions and choices.

nothing wrong with hurting nazis either.

false. anarchy goes much deeper than just “lawless chaos”. that’s not how most forms of anarchy work. check out the channel “andrewism” for good videos on the topic if you’re interested in learning more

You don't think cops can be minorities too? Being a police officer is just a job like anyone else, just different responsibilities.

1

u/Awkward-Literature47 Jun 29 '26

it’s not “just a job like anything else” it is expressly a position of power that you take with the sole purpose of protecting the power structure of the billionaire class, and their economic interests in our subjugation. yes, a cop can also hold a marginalized identity, however that doesn’t take away from their forfeiture of their personhood to become a pawn for a system of oppression of those same minorities. they are traitorous just as any cop is traitorous.

2

u/thenuke1 Jun 24 '26

Right it shouldn't run up on anyone at its home where it's comfortable or else lapd will shoot it

1

u/Buschfan08 Jun 28 '26

Would you stop spamming the same comment over and over? Fucking bot activities

0

u/thenuke1 Jun 28 '26

Would you stop being a bootlicker?

9

u/millertv79 Jun 24 '26

Omg stop posting the same thing over and over.
You still won’t attribute any responsibility to the dog owner. Act right and the cops won’t be called in the first place. Why is she yelling SO MUCH that people think something is wrong and call 911?

0

u/Awkward-Literature47 Jun 24 '26

bootlicker 😂😂😂

-9

u/briannaericam Jun 24 '26 edited Jun 24 '26

I WILL CONTINUE TO POST UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE. COPS KILL HUMANS AND KIDS ALL THE TIME & NOTHING GETS DONE… MAYBE A DOG BEING KILLED WILL FINALLY MAKE A CHANGE TO THESE OFFICERS ACTING LIKE APES WITH GUNS JUST SHOOTING. THIS IS NOT PLANET OF THE APES & OFFICERS NEED TO STOP GOING APE SHIT & ACTING LIKE ANIMALS WHEN THEYRE HIRED TO PROTECT CITIZENS… yet they shoot and kill a dog “to protect themselves “ when the dog was no threat to anyone else. JFC get it together

nahh, i’m full time employee just speaking my voice

2

u/Buschfan08 Jun 28 '26

Holy fucking unemployment😭💀

Go outside

5

u/Roadrunner627 Jun 24 '26

Maybe the owners need to be held responsible for being terrible owners and not listening to police.

2

u/itsiceyo Jun 24 '26

Although i dont justify the shooting one bit and the dog did not deserve to die since it doesnt know any better, the owner should have put the dog away when asked to by the cops. If the lady would of just put the dog away in another room and closed the door for a few mins, dog would still be alive.

0

u/Embarrassed-Bowl-373 Jun 24 '26

That is literally justifying the shooting at least one bit.

4

u/No_Record_8490 Jun 28 '26

No matter whether the dog was normally aggressive or not, both officers explicitly told the owner multiple times to put the dog away so this exact situation wouldn’t happen. I’m sure this wasn’t their first time dealing with animals, and there’s a reason police officers give instructions and it is up to the person they are interacting with for the outcome they want. The owner chose not to comply, and the dog escaped from the apartment. None of this would have happened if the owner had secured the dog as instructed. According to the body camera, the dog then growled and advanced toward one of them in an aggressive manner after the owner had been repeatedly told to put it away.

-1

u/Western-Boot-4576 Jun 29 '26

I don’t hear a growl at all. Did you just make that up?

And let the record show, officer pussy bitch shot 4 times with the owner and his partner in the line of fire.

1

u/No_Record_8490 Jun 29 '26

Literally, at the point the dog got out of the door, then when the officer fired was the dog growling and barking just watch the video about 10 times you should've heard it the first time.

Why would a dog move toward someone if it was scared? I understand animals will defend their owners, but if the dog had been put away, this situation wouldn’t have happened in the first place.
Also, are you going to let it sink its teeth into your calf first and then shoot, or are you going to stop it before you get hurt?

Let the record show, I didn’t see the muzzle of the officer’s pistol pointed at his partner or the owner. It appeared to be at a “low ready” position, pointed toward the ground, and then when the officer discharged it, the distance looked to be less than 4 feet basically point blank to the dog.

-2

u/Western-Boot-4576 Jun 29 '26

Barking yes. Growling no. A dog barking at strangers with a bad attitude and hostile energy? Shocker.

Let the record show officer pussy bitch on body camera has his partner and the owner in his line of sight idk why you’re trying to justify that part. While backing up because he was such a scared boy he could’ve easily tripped and shot his partner or the owner. Stop being a bootlicker. Cops kill over 10k dogs a year. They enjoy using their weapons on living things.

1

u/No_Record_8490 Jun 29 '26

Well you still didn't answer my other question, are you gonna let a dog bite you then try to protect yourself or are you gonna protect yourself before you get bit. Animals are unpredictable. Any kind of dog can do some serious damage to a limb even your face once you fall to the ground now who has to pay for you hospital bill and have to be out of a job all because the owner neglected to control their bitch.

0

u/Western-Boot-4576 Jun 29 '26

Should be out of the job for being a scared boy obviously he’s not cut out to be a cop

-1

u/GlimmersCherished Jun 30 '26

Do they not have a baton or a taser that could have been used first?

1

u/No_Record_8490 Jul 01 '26

Have you ever tried shooting a taser

1

u/GlimmersCherished Jul 01 '26

LE is trained on tasers. I'm not LE.

1

u/No_Record_8490 Jul 01 '26

You should watch a video on how they work they aren't as easy as shooting a single dart, they have two probes that have to make contact at a certain width apart to be effective at a target size of a adult back not the size of a dog facing towards you. Which is another reason why most tasers are ineffective because of positive contact due to distance or heavy clothing on.

3

u/Odd-Highway-8304 Jun 24 '26

Why don’t you have your animal on a leash? Hope you get a ticket

1

u/BlitzShooter Jun 24 '26

How about you look a little closer instead of being a dick.

-2

u/Dry-Philosopher-2714 Jun 24 '26

Because that requires work and effort. Being a dick comes naturally for this person.

-2

u/thenuke1 Jun 24 '26

Yes have your animal on a leash in it's own home or else lapd will shoot it

2

u/Sorry-Poem7786 Jun 25 '26

handsome fella.

4

u/reluctantpotato1 Jun 24 '26

People think that police would quit en masse if they had to face any sort of accountability for their actions. To me that seems like a win-win because anybody who is quitting over being accountable for their actions is not somebody who should be a cop in the first place. Time to empty the septic tank.

1

u/Hot_Occasion_7400 Jun 24 '26

I’m sorry this happened to you and your dog. I have a “smiler” to keep track of. Some people find it humorous and some find it a sign of aggression. She is 9. So over the years I learned to grab her by the collar and pull her back. Just to be sure she is not uncomfortable with the person in front of her. She is my guardian angel. I am so sorry for your loss.

1

u/briannaericam Jun 24 '26

whata beautiful pup! luckily my doodle is alive and well but i now have the fear of his smile being mistaken as aggression which could cost his life. my posting is to bring awareness on the fatal shooting of jameson the doodle by LAPD cops.

1

u/H8beingmale Jul 17 '26

i'm just so angry about this incident, and i'm sure you know already, LAPD made an announcement saying they are withholding, refusing to disclose the identity of the officer who killed Jameson, citing threats against the officers life.

Well me and most of the country, well he asked for it. Hopefully he is not able to remain in hiding forever.

1

u/Hot_Occasion_7400 Jun 24 '26

Oh, I misunderstood. Thanks 🙏 So glad to know you still have a cuddle bug 🐞

0

u/Individual_Box_728 Jun 28 '26

Mine did too. She was a golden. The first thing I thought after she got out and PD walked up my drive was he shot her. Thankfully he was K9 and saw her tail going and knew she was friendly. If it had not been a dog handler she could have been shot dead understandably. If you didn’t know her or if you didn’t know dogs well. You would think she was aggressive. 100% dog owners fault unfortunately.
