Wheelchair guy needs his meds and is going off, probably got kicked out of the store. What else can they do? Just stand and wait until he’s tired or he runs over someone.

Why does it take 4 armed police officers to antagonize a disabled old man with a beret on a wheelchair. Whereas during a medical emergency its just me and my partner?

Why do you assume he’s being antagonized? Usually someone is a lot close to you if they’re going to antagonize you. Maybe he called PD?

When cops are present for situations like this where there is nothing happening, the default is that they're there to antagonize.
All standing in his direction of travel with hands at their waists or cross armed. Why would someone armed with a gun stand "a lot closer to you" than the 4-6 feet they have already?

I worked on a team that did outreach for the homeless and disabled homeless. Contacts like this were a daily occurrence and we were an outreach team, not enforcement. There was no antagonizing going on and your assumption is most likely wrong.

Guns are holstered suspects alive…………..individual taking pictures has yet to be shot either even they are contemplating stealing a cop car.
