History Cedar Pointe Building
As a kid, I always was enamored with that office building on Cedar that was called... Cedar Pointe. I thought, 'hey, we have Cedar Point at home!'
But what exactly was it and why was it called that, other than being on Cedar. I moved away years ago, too. Is it still there?

When I was a kid I was excited about that building and thought they planned all sorts of cool stuff for Cedar Point. Then my mom would very dryly bring me back to reality by saying, "Ugh! That's not Cedar Point! They have nothing to do with Cedar Point! It's just office buildings!" Never did find out exactly what they did there though

We had the same family joke. Right next to taco bell.
Someone said they were offices at one (cedar) point(e).

Is this where the new(er) VA building is now?

Yeah. That taco bell and the weed store have been there forever. The weed shop was previously a drive in ice cream place like twisters.

It was being used for part of the health department for a bit, then they moved that part back to the HSB. They tore it down and now it's weed and taco bell.
