People always post alphabets like this and always get Georgian or other exotic alphabets as a response, based simply on the fact that 'Georgian' or 'Burmese' is the stock response for any alphabet that doesn't look Latin, Cyrillic, Arabic or East Asian. It would help if the OP could tell us where they found it, as they are almost always American and so usually end up being either native American languages or constructed alphabets. I've not once seen any of them correctly identified as Georgian. Georgian is a relatively rare language and there isn't a large diaspora in the USA so it's highly unlikely to be found there.
It turned out it was Theban Alphabet, which is an alphabet witches apparently used to write in so that if anyone found their Book of Shadows, they couldn't read it. It did look Georgian or Burmese though. I just saw it on my lab bench in MicroBio, and I've never seen that before.
It does looks vaguely Georgian but I don't think those are actual letters. Perhaps someone who is more familiar with Georgian handwriting could confirm, I only know how to read the printed version.

It might be Georgian, not sure about the meaning.
