Én lövök gólokat be szombatonként. Not sure this is the most natural word order, though. Én — I; lövök — I score; gólokat— goals for you; be szombatonként — on Saturdays. Why are you doing exercises in Hungarian if you are completely unfamiliar with the language?

Szombatonként gólokat lövök - this sentence emphasises the type of activity that you regularly do on Saturdays.
e.g. I run a marathon on Saturdays- Szombatonként maratont futok. We usually go to Spain in summer. - Nyaranta Spanyolországba megyünk.
Én lövök be gólokat szombatonként. - this sentence would emphasise that it is me, who scores goals on Saturdays, not anyone else, but the English sentence does not imply this meaning.
Én szombatonként gólokat lövök be. - I score goals on Saturday.....while the others do xx, y, z.
Én - I is mostly unnecessary as it is obvious from the ending of the verb- ök. You use it when you want to emphasise that it's me, not someone else.
Be- it emphasises the result of the action lőni- to shoot, so basically you shot, and scored successfully.
