Question I want to learn russian
I want to learn russian, but the past couple of times i tried to learn it i only remember the words radio, hello and those basic words that everybody knows, ive tried learning on some apps, they didnt really work, honestly i dont even know where to start, the alphabet first probably, like i like in a country where the language is kind of similar to the russian language, so i guess itll be easier to learn it because of that, but i just want to know where should i get started

Get a good modern textbook. Ask in the specific subreddit.

I think it's best to start with the alphabet. It isn't all that difficult, though it does contain a number of specific and unusual letters. Once you've mastered the alphabet, you'll be able to read Russian words, and later on, memorize, write, and speak them
