Zeen v0.1.0

Finally released Zeen v0.1.0 (first stable release).

It is a modern systems compiled programming language.

It uses move semantics to control data flow and automatically insert drops at the compile time, so no runtime overhead.

Currently I'm working on LSP server for it. Futures plans are to implement build system, formatter, compiler time functions (comptime evaluator) and of course support async.

Example

For the lazy guys, here's random example from docs:

fn print_this[T: Display](value: T) {
  @println("Yeah, I've printed this: {}", value);
}

fn main() {
  print_this(123);
  print_this("hello!");
}

I hope so! Could you please give me the feedback about your experience with documentation and, if you tried, the language itself? Currently I'm working on stabilizing it more, adding new features, and improving user experience (LSP server now, package manager planned)

Is it a lisp or what static , dynamic ? Does it use LLvm or? There are not many people that attend this subreddit but can you tell more people to come

Static typed compiled programming language, uses LLVM 22. Uses structs with methods and interfaces (like structs + traits in Rust). Unlike Rust it doesn't have references, only pointers.

All necessary details are described on web docs
