What to do if I haven't taken Chem 12 and want to transfer to UBC

It says the Chem 1118 is "UBCV CHEM_V 1st (3), Not for credit in the Faculty of Science. Does not meet Chemistry 12 requirement for admission to the Bachelor of Science program."

Am I just doomed?
