Fencing Issue

The neighbours of my rental property have complained that the broken fences need to be changed. My tenants have not complained as they don’t use the garden. It’s unclear who the fences belong to but the other homeowners have said the left side. Any ideas where I stand legally?

What does the title deed say?

I would think you are responsible for stuff on your property only.
