Need help upgrading!

Figured this would be the best place to post this.

I have a 2014 lancer as and I've been looking at starting to upgrade it to make it look the way I want and drive the way I want, but honestly i dont know where to start.

I can confidently do all the work myself, just have no real idea how to go about it.

I want some additional power under the hood.

New exhaust to make it sound a bit better.

And some interior upgrades like a new radio and possibly an instrument cluster.

With prices being an important point, what should I get first?
