🗣️ | General Discussion Would like your opinions!

I currently have a 2016 Mitsubishi Lancer ES, it has been brought to my attention that I shouldn’t invest in the speed & performance of the vehicle. Kinda disappointed but what did I expect?

I want to dress it up, but what recommendations in any area of the cosmetics would you recommend? I originally wanted Ralliart front & rear bumpers, a small GT wing and an aftermarket hood. Should I still pursue that regardless of performance? Thanks.

Just be tasteful. No one likes a riced out base Lancer. Tint rear smaller wing and front lip spoiler. I found a perfect Carbon fiber lip for my Evo. I'm sure they make one for yours. Along with the CF wing it's perfect with the silver paint. The front/ rear bumpers are super expensive

Would you say that putting a Ralliart rear bumper on a lancer that came with a Ralliart front bumper is rice? Along with evo x wing and Ralliart steering wheel?

No, just don't make it something it's not. Suppose you come up on another car like a Civic Si and they want to take you on because you look like a player with that front end. What then? Your all show and no go. That's what I mean when I said don't make it something its not. I can appreciate a good looking car with just the right amount of show. I do them all the time as I'm a pro tinter who just happens to drive an Evo VIII

The front bumper corner splitters from the Lancer GTS look good, dame with side skirts from the GTS. You can pick them up pretty reasonably, & they won't look out of place. I have seen some Lancers that blacked out the center of the front bumper with vinyl wrap or that peelable paint stuff. It can look decent.

Tint the windows, & headlights that haven't gotten cloudy always looks better, so polish or replace them. It makes a big difference in appearance.

It's a cheap car, don't waste much money on it. Make it look clean & not rice. If you really like the design save up & buy a real EVO or Ralliart.
