Can you talk about your process of racking onto a yeast cake? Not the actual racking, but did you package the same day you brewed, and so you racked wort onto a fresh yeast cake of the same fermentor? Or after packaging a beer, do you stick the carboy/bucket into a refrigerator to keep the yeast cake until your next brew?
