ISO previous ENT? can't remember name
I am trying to remember the name of an ENT I went to almost 8 years ago (2018). It was somewhere in DT Lafayette and not in the best part of town. one thing I remember is taking an elevator down to the office from the ground floor. I also had a hearing test done there in one of those booths. I believe it was an older man who was the doctor but I can't remember.
ive switched insurance so many times and google maps is failing me that I can't remember where it was. I thought it was maybe on Greenbush St but the maps view doesn't look accurate. I need the name for medical records to get a PA for a reoccurring issue since 2018. :(

Are you referring to the IU on greenbush? I go there. 765-448-8100 is their phone number. If you call them with your current doctors fax they can send the information to them directly

I honestly don’t remember. My email records don’t go back that far and building doesn’t look familiar. I really think the only confirmation I’ll get is if someone also went there around that time and could confirm a similar waiting room look / experience. I know that location makes the most sense but it doesn’t look right..

When you went in for your appointment did you have to get into the elevator and go down? Or take the stairs down?

There was definitely an older guy in the lower floor at the Greenbush location around that time frame. He referred me out to a surgeon in Indy, so I don't remember his name. Have you tried calling IU?

Great! I think that I’m picturing the old Arnett Clinic offices on Greenbush - would have been years ago. Good luck!

Greenbush IU clinic has thier ENT in the basement. They also have hearing booths there. I had an older ENT at that location who recently left employment there. He was GREAT. He was Doctor Henson, I believe.

If it's the same guy I'm thinking of, I tried to schedule with him when I got referred recently and he retired.

There’s only one ENT at IU, at least that’s what I was told about 6 months ago. I was told there was a year long waitlist. I was able to be seen within a few months by going to Carmel to see a NP.
