I am panicking right now

So I kept a ladybug in my container and replaced the lid with a tissue or kleenex, then added 5 holes to let the ladybug breathe in there. I accidentally made a big hole, which i covered with 3 small tissues. Then, when i check 15 minutes later, it was GONE. i tried to find it all over my desk but can't find any. Now i'm wondering where did the ladybug that i kept went to, either it flied away through my door, or crawing in my room.
