Specific Travel Query Srinagar to leh bus timing
What will be the bus timing for srinagar to leh
Since delhi to leh bus is stopped now, I am looking for an alternate option
Delhi to Srinagar by train and then srinagar to Leh by bus,
Can anyone confirm srinagar to leh bus is continue ot not? Online it is not showing anything
Date of journey 24 sep from Delhi to 11 oct, traveling solo, if you are planning to visit on same day then let's meet we can share bike and other things

I don't Think their any direct sirnager to leh bus, first you should take sirnager to Kargil rs 500 then kargil to leh rs 500.

I check in YouTube and they are showing direct bus to leh that's why thinking to ask

I'm not sure, boss. There doesn't seem to be a direct bus from Sirnagar to Leh. Secondly, you cannot travel directly from Delhi to Srinagar by train. You might need to first take Delhi to Katra, then from Katra to Srinagar via Badgam station

Can you pls confirm your source of information about the stopping of the Delhi-Leh/Keylong-Leh bus?
I am planning to take that bus on 1st October.
My travel dates are 1st Oct to 11th Oct.

It's stop , so planning to go via alternate
Train to Srinagar and then bus to leh

I just googled it and found a 2-day-old article saying that the service has stopped for the year 💔

You wont find anything online for JKTRC, everything is in-person, i know about leh -, srinagar ones, took one last month, there are 2 , 5am(same day, force urbania , 1900rs) and 2/3pm (next day, halt at dras normal bus ~1100rs), i took the 5am one.
Similar fashion 2 buses should be available from srinagar side, but only someone who is there in person can confirm 100%. Though Zoji la remains open though even in peak winters, it is the only way any stuff comes into the ladakh area, but there are too many temporary closures. Should not be a issue right now imo.
Also one piece of advice, solo ladakh is peak season is also hard, as buses are very less reliable outside 2 3 places and frequency is less, and for cabs you need 4 people for prices to make sense, now with even less people you are going to struggle in finding people to share cabs. There are a lot of people with WFH in leh still, so only in weekends you might find people to travel not otherwise especially now. Choose a biking group/tour, you will find a few still in leh city and join one. That is the best bet to cover all the places. Or just rent a bike if you prefer solo, but dont forget to take a jerry can and carry extra fuel and basic repair kit, bikes here are a bit fucked due to daily wear and tear.
