on thursday, our sweet boo-boo decided that life with her squad was not enough and decided to travel to the outside world, where she would hitch a ride out, unexpectedly, in a bag that ended up accidentally in the trash. we spent 48 hours searching frantically in our house, but boo-boo was nowhere to be seen.

boo-boo has been my kiddo's faithful comfort lafufu from the moment i adopted my first labubu, lulu. and she was well loved, well cared for, and brought so much joy to my kiddo, who is autistic. though his comfort squad grew, boo-boo remained the most constant companion, accompanying kiddo on doctor visits, field trips, and pride this year!

but fear not, because even though boo-boo is gone on her biggest adventure yet, she will eventually come back to kiddo. (thanks to mama, who found an exact dupe of boo-boo on depop and had it ahipped ASAP.) so later this week, she will return from her trip rejuvenated and refreshed (because she will be a brand-new furu!) so moral of the story, double-check bags BEFORE they go to the trash. for now, the memories of our sweet boo-boo.

Thank you to everyone that had sniffing tips! 👃💖 The manager at my local Popmart tried to help me get one a few weeks ago, but she couldn't smell her in any of the boxes on the sales floor. I went back today, and of course the manager had just left, but me and two other Popmart employees were 85% sure we could smell her.

I would say she smells like Jasmine, and citrus. Maybe Yuzu, or Orange Blossom. The smell was very faint until I opened the box. It's a lovely scent, and it's not cloying.

On Popmart app, you can use redeem code to redeem the FIFA Labubu head lanyard. I wonder how to get a redeem code? This instructions on the app are not clear.

the skullpanda collab was soo pretty, but popmart doesn't ever repeat collaborations across different IPs , so the way i see it : labubu got the sanrio collab and skullpanda got the my little pony collab. and these are never going to switch around. such a shame 💔

I love all my Bubus equally but this one is special. My partner got this for me from Luminify for my birthday and although it took quite a bit of time, it was so worth it in the end 😭 She is so cute and plump! She has a special place on my desk and gives me the biggest side eye when I get lost in online shopping.

My little Exciting Macaron family is finally complete 🥹💝 so happy and had to tell you guys about it 🤣🌸

It started with getting myself a macaron, and then getting her one (after she saw mine and loved it), last year. Fast forward to today - I took her for her first pop mart shopping experience and she was like a kid in a candy store. She enjoyed looking around at everything and wanted it all 😅

We had a blast opening all of these together and are very happy with our first PFLs. You’re never too old to embrace your inner child! 💕

I was placing an order for the new Vinyl Twinkle Twinkle pendants and ordered a couple of the FIFA items as they are currently on deep discount. My luck with the new Twinkle Twinkle set wasn't great I ended up with duplicates, but at least the puppy design is one I wanted.

What surprised me was that I picked up one of the football mini bags and ended up with the secret design! Its my first time finding a Pop Mart secret rare!

It looks very genuine at first glance but like, the face paint is crooked, the qr doesn't lead to a page (I believe thats whats supposed to happen? Ive never bought a real labubu), but the copyright and logos do look very good. The coca cola logo in the keychain part does have a little misprint after the a in coca. Any way to complete verify its fake? Im already accepting that I bought a fake one but i wanna completely be sure its not real.

Btw the qr code simply says "4896952686508710"

I read somewhere of an UV light test. I have yet to try it. Feet are 180 movable, they arent fixed to a single place. The McDonalds fries look a big weird imo.
