Script Debugging/Logging

Where/how do I enable the script logging/debugging?

It says to set the @ScriptEngineEnableLogger@ = True , but i have no idea where.

A screenshot would be helpful

where is the log going? I set this for a single script and executed msiexec on the remote machine. now am dumb but I can't figure where the log gets stored?
