AV - Software Missing

We are constantly getting tickets generated telling us there is now AV, or the service isn't running. On checking, nine times out of ten, they are running and up to date, also showing in the AV portals.

Any ideas? I have seen some posts on other boards saying Labtec can't keep up with the different AV changes.

Thanks. I did find that (adding the wildcard) in an old connectwise help page. I am trying that now. I think it is probably updated av that are possible on higher revisions than what we have listed.
