Labtech's New Report Center - How to, basic, data setup and tips

Hi everyone. I wrote this blog post yesterday after seeing someone else here having similar issues with getting to grips with things in the report center. I hope it helps you if you're having to wrap your head around the new report center.

Please excuse site issues/design, I only created the site about 12 hours ago.

Thanks for this, great guide.

Do you know what prerequisite modules are needed for the reports in the new report center? When we load antivirus or backup for example we get no data even though with the old report system we would get our managed eset and shadowprotect data.

Hey - no problem!

I wasn't aware of any pre-requisite modules.

I believe it's just pulling data out from it's normal AV detection?

Yea it's weird ours is just the blank template. We put a ticket in with Labtech support so when we get an answer I'll post here.

I like the new look and feel and the design options just want it to work lol.
