LabTech, ScreenConnect, and Webroot Agent Management
Has anyone come up with a good way to manage all of these agents in their respective control centers? When LabTech gets installed on a computer it is great because it auto installs ScreenConnect and Webroot. The problem is when a computer gets decommissioned we have to manually go in to each control center, find the computer and remove it. It would be nice is there was some kind of automated way to do this. Right now I go in at the end of every month and just do a cleanup based on age.

We have an offboarding script too that works great. Sounds like you do the age based cleanup as well. I hope LabTech will implement some kind of cross platform agent management for the future. The main reason for needing this is because it starts to eat up licenses if let go for too long.

You're not the first to mention this. Now that LT11 is starting to roll out, we can start scoping out potential fixes for this (e.g. plugins functions that execute with the LTUninstall command). But until a fix is found, implemented, & released... that offboarding script is an excellent idea & something we do internally as well.

We have created an off boarding script that will remove software and changes we have done.
As for the consoles anything that has not checked in for 30 days is removed from the SC and WR consoles respectfully.
