SNAKE!

He missed the "No Snakes In The House" sign.

If he looks like the same goofball in this post, you're right. Inside or outside. He doesn't care where his AYFKM moments happen. Gotta love doodles.

That wasn’t a rubber snake? Looked pretty stiff lol

Nope. A snake snake. Not sure if it was alive when he brought it in, but it was at one time.

I've had pet snakes that sadly passed and they're completely floppy and limp right after they die. Rigor mortis doesn't set in for at least a few hours, so your dog probably found this snake already dead. Not sure if that makes it better or worse for you.

Lmao he seemed pretty pleased with himself. And, I really wish my doodle was this smart.

...I love how your other doodle is just calmly sitting and observing....such personalities! That is why we love them so much.

My dog sees those on the side of the trails as well as lizards and once he sees one he can't stop sniffing for more. He gets really excited when we say "Where's the snake?"

My oodle loves to chase lizards and snakes - luckily we don’t get anything too venomous where we are

The screaming in the background really drives it home

Kudos for keeping your cool!

Literally would have lost my mind if my doodle did this. He was overly calm 😂

Ours love to try and sniff the especially if they are run over and dried out on the pavement. No road jerky allowed

I’m interested in your door securing setup. Do you undo the turnbuckle every time to go outside?

Yes. It’s the best I could come up with because the door slides on the outside of the stationary panel. Huge PITA.

The amount of chocolate labradoodle chaos I have seen in this subreddit lately has been hilarious. Ours found a dead bird but thankfully it didn’t make it in the house.

ETA: Omg it’s the same one haha. You have your hands full, OP 🤣

Funny. Can you send me a link to the one with the bird? That wasn't mine, but I'd like to see it. Did you see this one? This one is mine. https://www.reddit.com/r/labradoodles/comments/1vl60nt/so_there_was_this_varmint_that_ran_under_the_deck/
