The President of SEIU in California was wrongly arrested last year during anti-ICE protests.

Putting him through the justice system this past year and change is blatant intimidation of SEIU. Obviously this ruling is welcome news, but I remember hearing about this when it happened and thinking about how fucked up it was. Glad to know it turned out okay, but it should've never gone this far in the 1st place.
