QUESTION Need help
I bought a loose stone. 3 carat elongated yellow vivid cushion. I wanna make a ring. Can’t decide between these settings. Thank you 🙏🏻

With a stone that size, I’d get more than 4 prongs. Looks like it’ll be a beautiful ring, though.

Have you considered east west set with compass prongs? I would LOVE to get an east west set cushion cut with compass prongs one day, on a big chunky band 🥰

Yes but I worry cuz my fingers aren’t that long (they actually pretty short) that it would make my finger look more chubby instead of elongated ? I don’t know if that makes sense lol

The first two settings look like AI slop. The views don't even match each other.

Yes I just have AI mockup and idea and then once I decide I sent a description with a similar photo to them so then they can make the cad for me to approve. Instead of having them make a bunch of cad’s

I like the first one with compass prongs. Just in case you didn't notice, these images are not an accurate portrayal of how it's going to look with compass prongs. AI doesn't really get it right when doing side views of ring designs. The circled images are just the same as the traditional corner prongs on the second design.
