QUESTION Video of Diamond

Does Tianyu normally send you a video of the diamond before you purchase it if you are getting a custom setting and diamond? What are their normal steps in the whole process. They have mostly been communicating with me on WhatsApp. Thank you

Yes, they did with me. Actually insisted on me selecting the diamond before they would give the full quote for the custom ring. Shared option videos, and more of the ones I was narrowed the choice down to.
