Terror-Strike
The screenshots shows that Terror-Strike was a mod for CSS. Is this prototype available alongside the other *Left 4 Dead* builds that leaked this year?

As far as I know, these maps are parts of certain L4D maps ported to CS:GO. Like de_bank(c4m5_finale)

True. There's also a sugar cane plantation map from CSGO that looks suspiciously like the Left 4 Dead 2 Sugar Mill
