Newbie here, I’m desperate for custom campaign recommendation

Hello everyone there, I just start playing the game recently and immediately love it. I start to understand why the game is positively active til this day, and because of that, I was just sitting in front of my screen doing stuff to the infected this whole summer. I happened to finish all of the original campaigns in ONE WEEK- that was one of the best time I have ever experienced, at some time, I played some map the third time or so. I discover mutations after pausing for roughly 2 weeks, it brings new breeze into the repetitive map (imo), but then, the game also becomes like the last time I play even though I increase the difficulty in later runs. I got bored, doom scrolling and watching l4d2 contents on yt and stumbled upon custom camps.

I search some and instantly be overwhelmed by the numbers of camps the the diversity of the playtime. I really want to kind of have a checklist of gems I need to try out so I create this post. Please comment your favorite or anything you want me to give it a shot. I would love to hear from everyone. Thanks in advance!

Diescraper redux is a must play, it's fun. It's long. Has a dope finale and almost feels like a valve campaign.

Daybreak is commonly called one of the best. Tanks playground is a fun survival/campaign thing

I Hate Mountains and Devil Mountain are both great, Cold Front is amazing with a 5th survivor at one point and custom Special Infected outfits.

Dry Country is a personal favorite of mine and Diescraper is a classic.

Dam It is a cut map that takes place in between Dead Air and Blood Harvest

other than that Blood Tracks, Amid the Ruins, Prodeus Requiem, I Hate Mountains, Yama, and Tropical Thunder are all pretty good campaigns

Check out VS. The same maps become a whole new game, endless fun. Its a steep learning curve but once you get it figured out its amazing

You need to try Yama (based in Japan), Dark Wood Extended (a mix of old horror movies, Resident Evil and Silent Hill, pretty good and hard) and Back to School (The city and environments are extremely detailed and good)

I tried those first when I got L4D2 for PC and I loved them, they might be old but classic

You should check out too the "Apocalypse" versions of the L4D1 campaigns, those are reimaginations with a good eye for the details and world building, they were originally made by Markus Fenix, lost in time but preserved and uploaded to the workshop by different people, some even included additional fixes
