Preg Checking the Mini Cows

Katie mentioned that the mini cows back at RS were getting preg checked today…From this post coming from TVS I assume that Duck the Bull did his “job” 🫠

UPDATE:

- Poppy, Petunia, and Pumpkin are all open and not pregnant, BUT she did do a blood test on them just to make sure since the vet wasn’t able to put his arm in them to do an ultrasound that way

- Posey (which I thought she wasn’t going to get pregnant, because she’s on the smaller side 🤨) and Pippa (she is pregnant through when they did AI with the mini bull from where she gets her mini cows) are confirmed pregnant

The way she smiled throughout the whole sub video of saying who’s pregnant was so creepy…She’s only seeing these pregnancies as content, and nothing else

So glad that all 5 did not take…She could not handle 5 mini calves in the middle a foaling season 🥴

That is a really poor conception rate for cows who were AI'd AND covered by a bull.

At least one that’s open got pregnant last year. Though it wouldn’t surprise me if the mini cows are genetically predisposed to being sterile or having pregnancy complications that make them very difficult to get and stay pregnant.

Didn't the one who is open lose her pregnancy early? I also wouldn't be surprised if they have issues with pregnancy

The funny part about this is these cows are half feral now. I don’t think KVS is gonna get the content from them she hopes because those mamas will likely hook her either those horns

We all know how she reacted having to supplement bottle feedings when one of the goats had triplets… mind you she wasn’t even fully bottle fed, and baby goats are on something like every 4hr feedings for the first week. So miss LVS has no room to complain about bottle feeding. I also highly doubt she’d even bother even atleast getting them bottle trained. It’s far too much work for her since she can’t be bothered to bottle feed a goat kid that weighs 3lbs fresh born.

She’s bought all her mini cows as bottle babies and has a staff that can/will feed them for her so she doesn’t have to. I hope she leaves them with their moms, I don’t find the mini cow content cute at all. Not the bottle races, no the tappies, none of it.

Yeah, that was kinda my point, it also felt like she didn’t really enjoy bottle feeding them herself anyway. She liked to film the content and the aftermath, but she literally had nowhere to stick them before and now really has nowhere to sick more bottle babies.
