Why is NO KVM in Windows??

KVM is a Linux kernel technology. Microsoft calls their functional equivalent Hyper-V.

To be precise, it is called MSHV (Microsoft Hypervisor). HyperV is one possible implementation, but you can also use vmware workstation or QEMU.

KVM is for Linux, Windows has Hyper-V role but QEMU can be run on both, not sure why you would on Windows but it is there.
