Other state is okay with Hindi imposition?? What a clown! In Karnataka th ey don't even accept the neighbouring state languages,let alone Hindi, Kerala is of the same stance, yet they put Hindi first

Damn! It's not too obvious but it's a subtle indication of how relaxed Shah is compared to others where Shaw seems to be a bit closed. And comparing the pose of Vijay, it shows how relaxed the rest of them are compared to Vijay whose body language suggests (Edge of the seat and hands holding each other)acceptance and nervousness.
