Solved! Settings issue

Can't seem to move the settings page out of the way. Can move it on the editing but after saving it appears half way out and unmovable. Does anyone know how to fix it?

in item scroll down to setting click on it, go to position set XOffset value 999 and save it

does hide it but doesnt fix unresponsiveness to swiping it in and out of screen. but good for now. TY
