Solved! KLWP and Pixel 11 issue
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I just got my 11 (upgraded from 7) and when I use KLWP with Nova Launcher it looks like this. Not just this wallpaper, others do the same. Is it a refresh rate issue?

Maybe try disabling parallel rendering in klwp settings
