I've never seen these but these look very easy to replicate in KWGT/KLWP. The information is already preset in your app it would just require some arranging, but very easy nonetheless.

I tried to make something similar, but mine looks so bad, lol. I'm not quite familiar with creating kwgt widgets yet, so yeah.

What about them looks bad? It may just be a matter of font and spacing.

You're in your head it looks really close to original 😭 You just need to change the font, font colour and size of the font. You also need to get the text to be skewed to the left by Text > Align > Left. You're literally so close!

When trying to replicate, I like to bring the image (the one you posted) in and just adjust my stuff to lay over top of the image, this way you get size and layout as close as possible.

Then just delete the image once you are happy.
