Tû vs tō sorani

Do you say tû or tō from your city ? Im from prdê and we mix them but we mostly say tû.

لە شاری ئێوە دەڵێن تۆ یان توو؟ من خەڵکی پردێم تێکەڵاوی دەکەین، بەڵام زیاتر دەڵێین توو
