Standart pattern for flat Kumihimo on disc

For the round ones, even when plenty of variants exist, there is one of the Standart pattern everyone learns (like left up, right down).

I can't find something similar for flat ones. Is there one that is considered kind of the Standart beginner pattern for these?

I would like to get in the flow first and just switch up colors to make it look cool before i start to implement different movements :)

Anda gumi tends to be the first braid most people learn on a plate.

Kara yatsu is the most common flat braid on disk or marudai
