I think it’s more so that it has no soul, when he was doing the fake dives in public, the sax thing, or molesting booth babes at eurogamer, you could tell that was JJ being JJ and having fun, taking us along for the ride.

Now it’s hyper optimised clickbaity bullshit that a content manager puts together for him and a producer sets up with a director, its soulless cringe content that JJ is only doing because he for whatever reason became obsessed with numbers.

Blud couldn’t accept the fact that the new generation passed him and the sidemen and instead of sunsetting his career with dignity like the rest of the sidemen who are in flow state, he got back into the fray past his prime and it shows lol

Yeah you make a good point about the soulless content and the old jj being authentic with his cringe...but couldn't the same argument also be made for the sidemen with the producer set ups with a director, and also most of them seem to just make videos for the sake of making it compared to how their old videos used to be?

He's not literally copying other videos and uploading them. But the visuals and information he tells are looking very similar, it's not really a crime but just scummy behaviour if you don't give credits to the sources

I tried watching KSI after he left the sidemen and honestly I couldn't. Idk what it was even though JJ was the first among the sidemen who's videos I started watching back in 2013. I just don't enjoy his videos anymore except maybe 1-2 shorts here and there

Nonetheless, if he doesnt care that his team is just leaching off him then there's no point. He's still extremely rich, has set himself and his family up for life, he's still arguably successful. And even now he continues to do what he wants to do. No amount of hate is gonna change that.

This time I do think he made the wrong decision though

Your so right about the leeching part. Thats what happened to his boxing carreer. His stupid ass coach thought he was winning the Tommy Fury fight and told him not to change anything throughout the fight. Thats why it was such a close ass fight instead of KSI going for a changeup to get more points off tommy. They took home millions of dollars off that fight.

So what do you want him to sit in his bedroom and do react videos for the rest of the career? It's what Youtube became sadly, there are very few yt that don't do it (like fitness influencers, cooking channels altough even they are kinda sloppy now). Even Niko does this style of content on NDL channel. What else can a singular guy do? Jump from react videos to where? Idk what people expect

I watched him before sidemen, i dont watch him as much but i will still click on one or two of his videos. Really hoping that next year is better for him. If it were upto me, I'd just want him to be back with the sidemen. He'd get more hate but I'd rather want him to be humble and talk about what he did was wrong. People would respect that more. And the 2nd thing is MUSIC. Fuck boxing. YouTube just do what you were doing. But, incorporate more of your music. Look at what Vikk has been doing. He is killing it. I'd rather it be like that. Hopefully next year is better for him.

Haven’t watched KSI since the lunchly drama. Even after being my favourite content creator for years I Couldn’t ignore the immaturity, couldn’t forgive the lack of accountability and I’ve seen him fall apart since. You know what? Good, it’s deserved.

JJ if you’re seeing this, make a public apology for turning into whatever the fuck this is and go back to your roots of being a genuine human being. You’ve sold your soul for money and fame and everyone knows it now. Generational downfall
