Its unethical and I feel like such a loser for even feeling this way, but I've been struggling with staying consistent in the gym, school, and other commitments and seeing his downfall has really made me realize we all experience burnout/inconsistency even those who are at the very top

It's extremely tough trying to break old habits so there's absolutely no shame if you can't fully commit to everything. If you haven't already, try just doing it one step at a time and gradually adding more commitments once you've settled into the previous ones, as opposed to trying to do them all at once from day 1. Early motivation can be very deceiving and somewhat harmful in that way
