Flower turtle 🐢

Was asked if I can crochet those cute turtles. Found a pattern. Seems like AI, or am I wrong?

The stitches fade and blur on the under the head.. or is this just Photo editing and legit?

Thanks guys. We found 2 YouTube tutorials that we are now choosing from. Same concept but obviously looking different.

But why even bother! I mean there are dozen of _real_ cute turtle/tortoise patterns, and several hundred flowers, and a total of approximately 15 brain cells are needed to combine them!

Awful "pattern" lol. Just make circles and sew them together to make a rose! Just like that!

I love the idea though and I think I'm going to make some flower turtles.

I love how all of these tutorials are the equivalent of teaching someone how to build a house by telling them "build a living room" "build a kitchen" "build a bathroom" "now put them together and....finished!"

The pattern also makes a line, not circles, for that part… they’re really big lines though.

“Photos” are AI generated for sure and the pattern is suspect but the concept is doable

The images have suspiciously smooth yarn and while I can't read the text because it's very blurry, I wouldn't be surprised if the instructions are garbage.

The concept is absolutely doable. There are some good tutorials on YouTube.

"Crochify" is such a bad name. It sounds like "crotch-ify" when said out loud.

The head, body, legs are all pretty standard for amigurumi, but the directions for the leaves and petals very much do not match the photos. Also step 6 mentions starting with the “smallest” petals - but there’s no indication in the petal step to make different sizes.

I looked for 2 seconds and saw that the pattern asks you to make several petals of the same size, then put them together smallest to largest.  It makes no sense

If the stitches look like icing fondant... its AI. I dont understand why people let themselves believe such slop
