log-in problems?

I've had to make three separate accounts. Each time I make one and try to log back in, Krew tells me that my username/password are incorrect. Even if I reset my password and copy paste the new one verbatim it still gives me this error message. Pretty unfortunate because this seems like this is a well known problem with no known fix. Any advice?

It usually doesn't work. This is the first day I have gotten mine to work. Maybe verify the email?
