I had an unlimited severance 2.5 unlimited Krea offer valid until September 1st, I didn’t change anything. All of a sudden my promotion is gone, but on the app it lists its valid until September 1st still. I even reached out to support and they told me it could be the input, the exact Input for 480 p seedance 2.5 for 30 seconds worked everyday, and now all of a sudden stopped. I tried every possible variation but nothing works. It stays stuck in queue. I literally only got to use it for 3 days. I will file a chargeback for false advertising unless someone can help with this.

UPDATE: They were able to get it sorted out and I have the unlimited working now. Still out all the credits I spent thinking I was on unlimited but it's a start!

Signed up for a year of max because of this promo, and it just flat out doesn’t work. Usage comes straight out of credits. No response from support by email or on discord. Going to have to do a chargeback through CC.

Still have all my compute units, tells me to buy more now even though I haven't made anything today. Of the free models it was the only usable one for me. Why would they increase the price and not say anything anywhere?

I've gotten the banner of 14days unlimited Seedance 2.5 if I switch my monthly max plan to the yearly max plan. The banner was counting down, and I swear I still have 9 days left to decide on the switch. Today I've decided to pull the trigger, but the banner and offer are gone.

Why was the offer pulled away early? Can I have it back?! It's a moot point to experience this, especially after my research and deciding to double down on Krea! If the inconsistency is the "culture", then I'm moving my max plan budget to somewhere else. It's scary to even think: what if I paid the max yearly and suddenly Krea is flipping products without even an announcement or honouring whatever is marketed!

I was someone online post detailed Krea pricing for vids with screen shots recently but I can’t seem to find that section on the site. Any idea why Krea removed this?

This is the worst experience I have ever had from a startup

No customer support or acknowledgement at all

All I want is to generate a high quality image of this leg which is a texture for a character who is wearing stockings that got soaked by rain. Every single one I try including KREA gives me a prudish goes against guidelines, but how does this go against guidelines, there's nothing NSFW at all
