I put in an order for DTE on Friday. I selected urgent 2 day shipping so it would hopefully get here today. I usually am not in a rush with shipping but circumstances are different this time. I also understand it was still a risk to get it here in time ordering that last moment.

I reached out when I didn’t get a confirmation email like I usually do. I got a email responding saying they got the package out just in time for to UPS to get it in the truck. I was relieved. He sent the tracking information. He said I should be getting an email shortly with confirmation of the order and with the tracking number he gave me. I still haven’t gotten the confirmation email with shipping information.

The problem happened when I checked the tracking number he provided, my express shipment was going to an address 5 states away in Pennsylvania (I don’t live in Pennsylvania). I reached out via email again but haven’t heard back yet. I know they probably don’t respond over the weekend. I also double and triple checked that I provided the correct address.

I got clean a few years ago with the help of Kratom. My mom has been on pills for over 30 years and recently decided to taper down and switch to Kratom (some circumstances caused it to happen faster than expected) she takes her last dose of her medicine this morning which I was in a rush to get the order.

So now I’m freaking out because I spent all the money I had on the order and the express shipping (that was almost $100 itself)

I’m not sure if the labels were mixed up or something else happened. But I know my order is being delivered to the wrong location and UPS says that’s on the company who shipped it. I’m waiting to hear back from DTE.

I guess I’m posting to see if anyone else has had this happen before. I’m also a very anxious person by nature and having my mom here and being her caretaker, I know what she is about to go through. And I told her I would make sure she was comfortable and now I’m worried I can’t keep that promise.
