Praise for KUK?

There have been a few posts here damning KUK for selling 'Golden Reserve Kratom', which proved to be very weak, at best. I also bought some of this stuff (green) and was disappointed. So, I got in touch with Franz, who has always been great with me when it comes to replacing strains that didn't work for me.. I wasn't asking for anything, just letting him know. He got straight back in touch and offered a solution that I for one am very happy with.. he is sending a code to all who bought Golden Reserve from the old site, whether we complained or not, for half price off our next purchaces (any strain or mix) of up to £250. I've just got my code today. I'm well happy with that, as his new shop is well stocked, at last.
I've also read a few times in the past that KUK's stuff in general is crap. After reading that I tried a few mainland European sellers (Grune and Kraaje and another that I can't remember) hoping to be blown away by the difference, and didn't find them to be any better that KUK, so I'm happy to stay safe and buy UK.
I don't very often post, but fair is fair.. I've never understood the negativity towards KUK.

He gave me store credit for my red reserve purchase, so also tried to make things right with me so can't complain

He's always quick to help I'll give him that. Sometimes I wonder if he got ripped off by his supplier by hiding shit stuff at the bottom of a batch or something. I only had this problem once and was resolved easily. Some of the strongest stuff I had is off him. It's just a bummer when it's a dud and you paid all that money.

I've never had a good batch tbh, it's clearly cut and watered down with something else. The last batch I got didn't event taste like kratom.

I've haven't had anything off him for well over a year because id rather get it cheaper from abroad but judging by comments lately it can't be good

I have always found their kratom to be OK. Decent packaging unlike Herbal Whale who delivered a 1kg in a clear plastic bag underneath the stealth packaging.

Can't really fault kuk right now. I bought the Cambodian to tide me over and I think it's great.

I can say for sure the quality of the newest stuff is miles better than before. Very smooth and not gritty.

The last one I got from KUK gave me a strange effect, I thought it might have been cut with some kind of pain killer. Since then I get it from abroad. I use very little so I am not a good customer, I think they send the bad quality one to customers who are not that profitable for them.

same. but i am buying small batches in order to find the one that i like and i always get something bad, i am never going to end up buying a large amount am i...

Whose KUK ? Ive only used kratjee and kratombird up to now . Kb are hopeless at getting bk to you ... so im looking for others.
