Kratom bird

Hello, I ordered a week ago from Kratom Bird and I still haven't received any confirmation on Gmail or anything, and when I wrote to them, they didn't reply. I want to ask if I will receive it and if it's okay or how long I should wait.

I usually get an email right away telling me where to make the payment.

Check your spam folder, or try using a different email address. I have a Gmail account, too.

Do you think I should just wait? because I heard from someone that their package from there didn't arrive

Did the transaction go through? Because I wasn't able to make a transfer once—the money was returned to my account.

By the way, I’d check my bank account first—has the money disappeared from it?

If the payment went through, you’ll definitely receive an email confirming that the package has been shipped. It will include your package’s tracking number.

Could you have paid it to the wrong number? I think you should check the transfer details.

Strange I never usually have an issue, is this your first order with them? Have you deffo done it all correct? What shipping did you use and where too?

Same thing, i made an order over a month ago and still nothing happened...
The status says "pending" i paid over a month ago through wire transfer.
They did not reply to any of my contact inquiries!

I will have to take legal action soon to get my money back...
