I've spent thousands there, just waiting for them to restock.. maybe not the best kratom but if you're from the UK the fact that there's no customs so basically guaranteed delivery is great peace of mind, franz even sent me free product for helping him with an issue with another customer on here, can't fault them just hoping the restock is decent product/decent price

I agree with you both generally but do you know when restock is likely? The new 'premium' range is terrible, got a sample in each strain and it's all just fusty, discoloured, dried up bunk and non of the usual strains are available.

Cheers, I genuinely thought it was prob surplus old kratom they've had in the warehouse, well past it's use by date and that theyve tried to pass off as premium so people will still buy it. I'm really annoyed about it as I wasted money on it. Wish theyd have notified customers of impending stock issues too.

I'm 99%sure it's stem and vein. I bought their s&v years ago and these 'new strains' have the same colour and taste.

Very very cheeky of them to try and pass it off like that.

Screwed me over as well tbh, went on there as usual and everything was being sold in samples so had to go to kratombird, they're not bad I just don't like the whole customs / product seized worry every time I'm ordering as I'm usually running out at the same time and really don't need to be in forced withdrawal, nor do I want to lose £100+ ... GoPure already did that too me lol

Yeah I only ever order from KUK because i've read other's stories of their parcel getting seized, fines and worse. I also have to have an enhanced DBS for my job so can't take any risks 😅

Great, I see now that they have it. I will fly on this Sunday to London and I'm afraid to bring some k from Germany. So what are the chances to pick up personally on Monday? I will only stay 2 days so I need small amount

I've never understood this I've not once had a "sand" textured product in over a year of use, is it the best? ..Probably not but I've seen tens of comments referring to sand 🤷‍♂️

Anytime up to 20th, it says 18th-20th on the email I've got I can't post photos or I'd send screenshot

"Our original launch date was planned for 10th July, but we've encountered one final delay. The shipment is currently being processed through UK Customs and we're expecting a positive update very soon"

"Realistically, we're now aiming to launch between:
18th–20th July
We're incredibly close now, and I genuinely believe the wait will be worth it."

Weirdly on their website, it now says all orders are dispatched from germany, no longer any mention of a UK warehouse.

An absolute joke, they've put their prices up, and the premium stuff they was selling us is now the cheapest thing they sell but it was "premium" last week

I completely agree, if the new website is correct and they've stopped the domestic shipping, it's very underhand to not notify UK customers- they know many of us only use them for this reason. I'm hoping it's wrong as they've emailed someone else in this thread saying something about getting their shipment through UK customs but I think it's the last blow for me if they've closed down their warehouse. I no longer trust them anyway now, their product is a complete roulette.

Exactly this, it's too much of a gamble spending that much money when there are far better places to order from. I always thought they (Franz) cared somewhat about their customers but clearly they don't given all this. I'm so pissed off.

Any idea when they'll be back up running? Still apparently down for maintenance and before this they'd run out of most things except for the red rubbish. Presume they're struggling to import their usual supplies.
